    This gentle but stimulating Yoga class will allow individuals of all levels and fitness experiences to engage in the practice of Yoga. Yoga is an ancient form of full body exercise that focuses on core strength, balance, control, and breath. Exercises can be modified for injuries and all bodies. No previous experience required. Please bring a mat.

    It is never too late to learn how to play the piano! These fun and energetic recreational group piano lessons for Senior Citizens meets for 45 minutes weekly.

    10 WEEKS: Members: $180, Non-members: $195

I understand and agree to the Covid-19 safety protocols and will release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Middletown Arts Center, the Middletown Twp. Cultural and Arts Council, the Township of Middletown, and the Middletown Reformed Church as well as their officers, volunteers, and employees, of any liability resulting from the unintentional exposure to Covid-19 while participating.

I will not attend the program nor will I have my child attend if anyone in our household is sick, under quarantine, or if we have traveled to any high-risk areas within the past four weeks.

I understand that if my child does not follow safety protocols as directed, he or she may be prevented from participating in the program and no refund will be given.
